How Do I Place An Order?
Orders can be placed via our website, you are free to enquire and place an order via our instagram or phone call.
Payment & Shipping
We accept visa debit payments, cash payments are only accepted at collection points. Shipping and delivery prices is dependant on what city you are based in and the weight of your delivery. We aim to get your delivery on a next day shipping as they are perishable goods, the quicker the better.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Once payment is made and subjected to fraud checks, you will receive an email which will contain your shipping details and your tracking number and our contact number & email.
Returns & Refunds
Due to our contents being perishable goods we cannot offer a 14day cooling period, however if fruit is damaged/destroyed on delivery, you MUST send us photographic evidence and a small summary of the outcome of your delivery, if all fruit is damaged you are entitled to a full refund or new basket, if only some is damaged you can receive a refund on these goods or replacement.
